Following the success of her previous, sold-out shows, Pennsylvania Avenue and Songs for Nobodies, Bernadette Robinson is back to embody the DIVA spirit in this new tour-de-force!
This time it is all about the music, where her critically acclaimed and rare vocal gifts ensure sheer virtuosity and accuracy inhabit every song in this emotionally fuelled concert.
You won't believe your ears as you journey through the repertoire of the ten greatest divas. From Shirley Bassey to Barbra Streisand, Amy Winehouse to Dolly Parton and Judy Garland to Edith Piaf, Bernadette Robinson showcases their most famous songs, emulating their voices to pure perfection.
Her audacious vocal impressions of the divas illuminate this production, she literally lights up the stage when she sings. Backed by a superbly talented cast of musicians and directed by Simon Phillips this presentation is flawless.
This isn't a just a concert, this is a "jaw-dropping" experience to hear the true-to-life voices and songs of the ten greatest divas from one extraordinary performer!

GETTING TO THE VENUE
BY TRAIN: Stop at South Brisbane Station, opposite QPAC in Grey Street.
BY BUS: From 15 August the outbound bus services platform has moved to the end of Victoria Bridge across to the other side of Grey St (Melbourne St, opposite Starbucks Coffee). Platform 2 and Platform 3 will remain in this location for the duration of the Brisbane Metro works. Services will continue to operate from this temporary location as per bus timetables.
BY CITYCAT: Stop at the South Bank ferry stop, which is only a short walk along the river from QPAC.
BY TAXI: The taxi area is located on the Grey Street side of QPAC. Free taxi phones are located in the Melbourne Street foyer, Cremorne Theatre lobby and near the Playhouse cloakroom.
BY CAR: There are a number of paid carparks available in the vicinity. We advise reviewing the Queensland Performing Arts Centre Visit Guide, for full details.
