Just like A Christmas Carol - but with fewer ghosts and more gays - the dynamic double-act sing, shimmy and sashay the audience on a time travelling adventure through the history of their favourite topic: themselves. Covering all the most important moments in a gay man’s life, like coming out to your mum and navigating the naked politics of the school locker room, this is a Christmas party like no other. It’s been described as ‘riotous, but subtly moving’ (The List), though how anyone can call anything involving shorts this short ‘subtle’ is beyond us. You’ll come away with your sides aching and your heart full - and maybe Toby’s number if you’re lucky and handsome.

The Edinburgh Festival Fringe hit show “Hot Gay Time Machine” has everything you could possibly hope for from a show with that title. What to watch for
On top of “Hot Gay Time Machine,” Toby Marlow has another successful show running on the West End – the hit musical “Six,” which he co-wrote with Lucy Moss. At just 24, Marlow is a rising star in the London theatre scene and a talent to watch.
The show, which first premiered in 2017, is constantly evolving to align with the constant evolution of “pop culture and queer culture” according to Marlow. Because of this and the inevitable audience interaction, the show offers a fresh and unique experience every night.
