The original writing team from the movie returned to adapt Frozen to the stage. Jennifer Lee wrote the book, collaborating with Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez for the music and lyrics.

All ages can enjoy Frozen, but they recommend it for ages 6 and up. The theatre will not admit children under the age of 4. An adult must accompany all persons aged 16 or under.

Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, the original writing team from the movie, collaborated once again to write twelve new songs for the stage adaptation. These include “What Do You Know About Love” and “Monster.”
From 23 August 2023, Jenna Lee-James will cover the role of Elsa whilst Samantha Barks is on maternity leave. Barks will return to the role in 2024.
In Frozen the Musical, talented puppeteers and actors bring Sven and Olaf to life. A full-body puppet brings Sven's genuine movements to the stage, while a skillful puppeteer controls Olaf's lively gestures and expressions.
