Conducted by John Nelson, the Strasbourg Philharmonic Orchestra bring Bizet’s searing score to life. Featuring Carmen’s most memorable melodies, from Escamillo’s Toreador Song to Don José’s heart-wrenching Flower Song. This event continues a series of high-profile concerts and recordings by Joyce DiDonato and John Nelson, which have included Berlioz’s Romeo & Juliet, Damnation of Faust and Les Troyens.
