What time should I arrive?
Doors open 11:15am for a 12pm show
Doors open 3:30pm, for a 4:15pm show
Do children need to be supervised by an adult? Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 at all times. We cannot issue refunds to under 18s who are not accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. As this event is aimed at young people, all adult attendees must be accompanied by someone under the age of 18. Any adults attending without a young person under the age of 18 may be denied entry.
Will food and drink be available at the experience? Sandwiches / Packed lunches and light (cold) snacks can be bought into the version. No chewing gum, hot food or drinks are allowed. During the show we will be offering popcorn and soft drinks, there will also be a paid bar available to purchase alcohol. We kindly ask that you do not bring any liquids with you, all liquids should be disposed of upon arrival.
Is there step free access to the site and around the site? Yes, the entire venue is accessible with 2 lifts serving both floors and disabled toilets on both levels.
Is the show suitable for children with special needs (including autism spectrum conditions and/or learning disabilities)? Yes, however the show will contain some loud noises and flashing lights. We will have ear defenders, ear plugs and light sensitivity glasses for those who need it.. Please contact our team on uksupport@todaytix.com to request these ahead of your visit.

Please enter via Denmark Street, which can be accessed via Charing Cross Road or Earnshaw Street. Tottenham Court Road station is a 30-second walk from our front doors. The next closest stations are Leicester Square station (6 minutes walk), Covent Garden station (10 minutes), and Oxford Circus station (11 minutes walk). The nearest bus stops are Tottenham Court Road (Stop T) and Tottenham Court Road (Stop S) on Earnshaw Street.
