…blackbird hour is a play staged by Vital Xposure, a disabled-led company that “promotes hidden voices with extraordinary stories to tell.” The play has an excellent creative team, which includes direction by malakaï sergeant (We Are Here To Make Change), design by Khadija Raza (Peanut butter and blueberries), lighting design by Jahmiko Marshall (The welkin), sound design and composition by Mwen (A Home for Tender Hearts), and creative captions and video design by Will Monks (Petula).

This incredibly special play wouldn’t be what it is now without the contributions of all of the Black creatives who have shaped it over the years.
