Biting social satire and passionate romance take center stage in this world premiere adaptation of E.M. Forster’s acclaimed novel. A chance encounter in Florence leads to a pitched romantic rivalry that forces Lucy Honeychurch to examine what it truly means to love fearlessly.
Julian Sands - who starred as young George Emerson in the 1985 Merchant Ivory film version - returns to Forster's classic novel as Mr. Emerson senior. George Emerson will be played by Eugene Simon, who recently played Lancel Lannister on Game of Thrones while the role of Lucy Honeychurch will be played by Eleanor Tomlinson best known as Demelza Poldark on PBS' Poldark.
