Douglas Roegiers is so smooth and classy, his fans call him “The Crooner.” At this live music dinner show he’ll sing standards from the Great American Songbook and take you back to the great days of the big band swing era. And while this unique performer with a larger-than-life persona is on stage, you can indulge in a two-course meal. ROSEMARY CHICKEN: Breaded chicken breast with a mustard sauce, served with gratin potatoes and spinach.
GRILLED SALMON: Fresh Atlantic grilled salmon. Topped with an orange citrus sauce. Served with chile pasilla, creamy potatoes and broccolini
BEEF BRISKET: Beef Brisket that is dry spice rubbed and smoked up to 12 Hours. Served with mashed potatoes and sweet buttered corn.
VEGAN DELIGHT: Roasted Butternut Squash, grilled Portobello mushrooms, sautéed collard greens, kidney beans and avocado over a bed of quinoa and brown rice. Served with a champagne dressing.
