Chryssie Whitehead, accomplished actor (“Grey’s Anatomy”, “Revenge of the Bridesmaids”, “Warehouse 13”) and dancer (“Radio City Rockettes”, “Chorus Line”) explores the impact mental illness has played in both her and her mother’s life. Through song and story, and a bit of dancing, Chryssie shares about her mother's death, her career and stories of her highs and lows through to her mother’s passing. She explores how it is possible to get proper help, medicine, and tools to find clarity in one's life with bipolar disorder or any mental illness.
