Stellar pianist Lara Downes joins us for Margaret Bonds’ Credo, and the magnum opus of Bonds’ piano works—the groundbreaking Spiritual Suite. Plus, we’ve got the world premiere of The Song of Significance, a stunning new double-choir piece by Zanaida Robles. Rounding out the program are works by the “father of all harmony,” Bach.
