Enter to win $25 tickets to a one-night-only reading on March 10 at 7pm of A Number, by NYTW Usual Suspect and five-time Obie Award winner CARYL CHURCHILL, directed by NYTW Usual Suspect and Tony Award-winner SAM GOLD and featuring DANIEL CRAIG.
For almost three decades, NYTW has been an American home for one of theatre’s most important voices, Caryl Churchill, with eight fruitful collaborations including the American Premiere of A Number in 2004. Daniel Craig originated the role of Bernard 1, Bernard 2, and Michael Black in the World Premiere production at the Royal Court in 2002. This one-night-only reading reunites Craig and director Sam Gold after the sold-out run of Othello at NYTW in 2016.
This is part of a year-long celebration of New York Theatre Workshop’s 40th Anniversary, featuring events honoring the past and celebrating the future of a community dedicated to helping us all better understand our world through theatre.
Approximately one hour with no intermission.
Recommended for ages 12 and older.
