The Nutcracker Rouge show retains the same Nutcracker plot we all know and love. A girl named Clara receives a nutcracker toy for Christmas, which turns into a handsome prince, defeats a mouse king, and whisks Clara away on a sugary journey through the Land of Sweets.
The story is most often performed as a ballet, and there are some ballet elements in Nutcracker Rouge, too. However, the story also incorporates burlesque dance, circus, and opera to create a sultry spectacle. Themed drinks and treats are available for purchase and are included with some ticket types.
