Written by DePonto and Josh Koenigsberg, and directed by Andrew Neisler, the show has been incredibly well received in its previous productions in major cities. What to watch for

• Mindplay has some heavy hitters producing it, including Eva Price (a multi-Tony nominee) and Thomas Kail, the Tony-winning director of Hamilton.

• Director Andrew Neisler is also the Associate Artistic Director of Ars Nova, a downtown theatre known for its audacious programming.
