Terms and Conditions for Theatre Ticket Package with Ticket Protection (United Kingdom)

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between the purchaser ("Customer") and TodayTix, Ltd, (inclusive of subsidiaries and affiliates) collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Guaranteed Band A Seats:

• TodayTix guarantees the availability of Band A seats for all applicable shows included in the ticket package.

1. Ticket Protection:

• When applicable, purchased tickets within the package will include Ticket Protection.

1. Exclusions:

   1. The offer is not valid on bank holiday weekends.

   2. Limited-run shows (under two weeks) are excluded from this offer.

2. Ticket Exchange:

• Customers may exchange tickets to another performance date if the main actors are unavailable on the originally scheduled day (pending available inventory).

1. Short Notice of Actor Unavailability:

• In case of less than 24 hours notice of a star being unavailable, the Parties will default to the theatre's protocols regarding ticket exchanges and refunds.

1. Dedicated Customer Service:

• TodayTix will provide a dedicated phone line/chat to serve as a 1:1 concierge for customers who purchase the ticket package.

1. Limit on Shows Per Week:

• Customers are limited to attending a maximum of two shows per week and one viewing per show under this package.

1. No Monetary Compensation:

• Customers will not receive monetary compensation if they choose not to attend any given show already included in the package or opt to swap shows.

1. Purchase Process:

• Customers interested in purchasing the package must initiate the process by emailing the contact address provided on the TodayTix webpage. The purchase of a package must be made prior to December 15, 2023.

By purchasing the ticket package, the Customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. TodayTix reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and any such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the TodayTix website. It is the Customer's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for updates.
