Can I have a picnic at the Bowl?
While there are many spots to set up, our staff pick is picnic area number 4, which is never too crowded. It requires a it of an uphill walk, but you’ll be rewarded with beautiful views looking over the Bowl.
Do I have to take my car?
Parking is harder than ever this year. Use the park and ride or take the red line. If you decide to drive, park at Hollywood and Highland and walk up.
Is the event BYOB?
You can bring in your own beer and wine for most events, including all LA Philharmonic events!
Is it hot at the venue?
It’s usually warm before sunset, but you’ll likely want at least a light jacket once the show is over.
What do I need to bring?
Don't forget to bring water, and be prepared to get your steps in.
