About The Ultimate Improv Show
The Ultimate Improv Show brings the ULTIMATE experience in improv! Here’s how it goes down: an audience member suggests a prompt. A celebrity monologist uses that suggestion to share a true story. Then, improvisers weave scenes and bits into a hysterical show made up on the spot—just for you! Each show brings brand new celebrities, improvisers, and jokes!
The Kennedy Center performances of The Ultimate Improv Show features a rotating cast of improvisers, including Dan Black, Nicole Byer, Neil Casey, Jon Gabrus, Tami Sagher, Betsy Sodaro, Carl Tart, and Paul Welsh.
Monologists featured at these performances include:
Aug. 10 at 7 & 9:30 p.m.: Harvey Guillén (What We Do in the Shadows)
Aug. 11: Dr. Carla Hayden (14th Librarian of Congress)
Please note: Performances of The Ultimate Improv Show will have different improvisers from the rotating cast at every show.
